Voicing Positive Thoughts

March 27, 2020 by Betty Leave a Comment

Have you ever said something terrible?

Our negative words hurt others, and they hurt us too. So we need to make a habit of voicing only positive thoughts.

Pray, sing, and confess the Word out loud.

You can say things like, “God is on my side. I can do whatever He assigns me to do.” Or, “God is good and He has a good plan for my life. Blessings are overflowing in my life.”

Verbalize your thanksgiving, praise and worship. Tell God how good He is.

Sing songs of praise and worship—and show the enemy who’s boss!

My name is Betty Cooper-Pauls and I invite you into my story. It’s personal. It’s hard. It’s emotional. But I share it because I believe I have something to say that will help others.

From Heaven to earth come down:.
He laid aside His royalty
I simply want you to be reminded that He was real. His sandals flapped when He walked down the road. His hair was misshapen when He awakened. He had to brush the bread crumbs off His beard after He ate. The muscles in His arms flexed when He lifted His little brothers and sisters. He had hair on His arms and warmth in His palms. He was the Son of God and the Son of man. Fathom the unfathomable.
